No School Closures

no school closures header copy 2

This is a difficult time for our city-wide school system. While 25th Ward schools will not face closure, many other communities are affected.

I applaud the pro-active parents, teachers, students and community groups who rallied behind all of the 25th Ward schools. Let’s all remember that this journey was a united effort.  I thank everyone who worked so very hard on this for the children and families of the 25th Ward.

We must remain focused on academic achievement today and in the future.
